Adaptive Golf  - A complimentary community clinic designed for adults, juniors, and veterans of all generations with any physical, cognitive and/or sensory impairments such as: stroke, spine injury, limb loss, TBI, PTSD, MS, MD, joint replacements, cerebral palsy, macular degeneration, Parkinson’s, spina bifida, low vision/blind, hearing loss, orthopedic, arthritis, diabetes and more.  They also hold clinics for golfers with autism.  Email David Windsor, Adaptive Golf Director & Coach ( and Bob Thibodeau, Outreach Leader & Coach ( to join their mailing list and find a golf clinic near you!

Aloha to Aging is a local non-profit working to empower aging care recipients, family caregivers, volunteers and the community in a positive, nurturing manner through quality, targeted programming, which includes: adult day respite, wellness and educational programs, Dementia and Age-Related Health Challenges simulation trainings and support groups/resources for Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s patients.

Help Hope Live helps individuals organize community-based fundraising to cover medical expenses not covered by insurance.

LIFE Behavior Consulting, LLC provides a team of Certified Rehabilitation Counselors, Licensed Professional Counselors, and Social Coaches who offer an array of services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The main objective of LIFE is to empower individuals to learn skills that will improve their access to social opportunities, relationships, and independence in home, community, school, and vocational settings.

MDE School is a private special needs school in East Cobb. Their mission is to provide a loving environment for all children with delayed communication and language processing skills, while keeping a 4-1 ratio.

Seminole Spirit is a Toastmasters style Brain Injury Support group. This welcoming community consists of brain injury survivors motivated to improve their communication and cognitive skills as well as support each other in a nurturing environment. They meet every other Friday in Roswell, Georgia at the North Brook Methodist Church at 50 Houze Way Road.

Unlimited Possibilities is a community of stroke, aneurysm and brain injury survivors and caregivers. They meet the first Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Outpatient Rehab Center of Kennestone Hospital (100 Lacy Street).
